Guarantee for Youstella
Youstella is committed to creating jewelry of the highest quality. That's why our 12-month guarantee applies to all gold and gold-plated jewelry. If your jewelry arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you are entitled to a one-time replacement of the same piece of jewelry free of charge within 12 months of purchase under our warranty. The warranty is void in the event of user caused damage including (but not limited to) scratches, accidental damage, water damage.

If, contrary to expectations, your replacement item is also damaged, we will charge a replacement or repair fee equal to 50% of the full value paid per item. Payment can be processed through PayPal. For more information, please contact support@youstella.com.

Please note that the Youstella warranty does not apply to lost or stolen items.

RETURNS

We do our best to ensure that all products arrive to you in the best condition, but we do not refund returns if you change your mind. Instead, we offer a credit (valid for one month) and may also allow an exchange if a different size is available.

* Please also note that refunds will not be issued for orders processed with a discount code.

Refunds will only be issued in the event of a manufacturing defect where the item cannot be replaced or repaired.

Our exchange policy is valid for 14 days (after you receive your order). To be eligible for an exchange, you must submit photos of the products you received, unused and in the same condition you received them. Labels must also be present.

EXCHANGE FOR STORE CREDIT

Once we receive and review your images, we will send you an email to notify you that we are processing the exchange. We will also notify you if your STORE CREDIT or CHANGE CODE has been approved or denied.

If approved, your credit will be processed and we will contact you via email.

We will need a receipt or other proof of purchase to complete the exchange.

Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since we received your order, we cannot offer you an exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on items purchased with a discount code.

Gift certificates cannot be returned.
